TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to all current students and recent graduates (within past three years) of design-related degrees.

2. All designs must be original and your own work.

3. Winners will be chosen by the judges. The decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence
will be entered into concerning the competition's short listing, judging and organisation.

4. Due to the number of applications received, only successful applicants will be contacted.

5. Winners will be contacted by the end of January 2009.

6. Remuneration will be a royalty on wholesale sales, subject to negotiation.

7. TCA reserve the right to free reproduction and exhibition of award winning entries in all media. This includes but is not limited
to display during Fashion Week, online and printed publications.
