Ankur Gupta

A BA Fashion and Textile graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology and BA womenswear at the London College of Fashion.

Ankur gained experience working with Swash, Caroline Charles and Manish Arora. 2009 saw him reach the finals of ITS#8 which also marked the starting of his label Ankur Gupta.

Analysing the painstakingly rich and intricate embroideries, beaded motifs and kaleidoscopic mix of colours that characterise Ankur Gupta’s designs, you realise there is much more than just craftsmanship in this young Indian designer’s creations, there are indeed beautiful stories
